As the Founder and Director of Ummati Sisters, it fills my heart with immense joy and gratitude to reflect on how far we have come. What began as a humble vision — to create a nurturing space for sisters of all ages and backgrounds — has grown into a vibrant and impactful community rooted in faith, support, and shared purpose.
From the early days, our mission was clear: to uplift and empower women through meaningful programs and initiatives. Alhamdulillah, today we are proud to have touched many lives — through our Sisters’ Islamic Conferences, Matrimonial Services, educational programs for children, senior support services, and our much-loved Eid Bazaars that celebrate our beautiful culture and heritage.
At the core of everything we do is a deep commitment to unity, knowledge, compassion, and sisterhood. Each project and gathering is driven by the belief that when we uplift one another, we uplift the entire community.

It’s not just about shopping; our Eid Bazaars are a place to meet, celebrate, and create cherished memories. As the founder of Ummati Sister’s , it brings me immense joy and gratitude to witness the positive impact our organization has had on our community. When we embarked on this journey, our vision was clear: to create a space where sisters of all ages and backgrounds could come together, grow in faith, and support one another in their life journeys. Today, I am proud to say that we have come a long way in achieving that vision. From empowering women through our Sisters’ Islamic Conferences to helping individuals find their soulmates through our Matrimonial Programs, from nurturing the young hearts of our children through our learning initiatives to supporting our respected elders, and by celebrating our cultural heritage through vibrant Eid Bazaars, we have striven to create a diverse and inclusive community.
